I agree with the comments that others have made about the state of the roads in Hevingham and the danger of increasing the volume of traffic as the roads currently are.
I will be directly affected by loss of privacy and light nuisance and I am very concerned that increased runoff from the site will not only affect the horticultural land which I work with my parents, but also the access to it which we rely on for deliveries.
Although a very rural area, the hamlet is also commercial in that there are many businesses close to the suggested site. Within the immediate vicinity there are timber mills, pig farms, a poultry farm, a caravan site, boarding kennels, farm land and agricultural machinery repair. I feel that housing development on the scale proposed is inappropriate for the size of the existing settlement and a poor match with existing businesses.
