-This site has been used for many years as a sports facility and should not be taken forward for housing.
-Adds additional traffic and undermines the closure of Heath Cresent which is in place to STOP this road being a Rat Run
-The plan will take away one of the last remaining 'green spaces' in Hellesdon and only remaining one that side of Hellesdon,resulting in two main roads to be crossed by children to access nearest remaining green space.
-Hellesdon is already below the National Green space average this proposal would further erode this to detriment of local residences.
