This land is ideal for the young people of Hellesdon as there is little space at this end of Hellesdon for children to run & have fun. Also more houses more children more cars more spaces needed for schools and doctors.
This is never taken into account when building as money for houses is more important if the houses are affordable (which is good) it would mean more children and less places to play. Also all the school and doctors are full and even if you are registered seeing a doctor takes weeks
