No we do not want more traffic. Prince Andrews road is a quiet residential area. This road is not suitable for more traffic. The condition of existing road surface and pathways of Prince Andrews Road, Heath Cresent and Brabazon road are in a poor state of repair as it is.. There is congestion on Cromer Road already and cars are queuing to exit and enter both Heath Cresent and Brabazon Road. Hazards exist already with several cars parked at the Cromer road Brabazon road entrance, and the same on Heath Cresent. A new housing development will encourage car users to travel along Prince Andrews road/ Brabazon road to exit on to Cromer Road. Think of the home owners, children playing, walking to school, who have lived in the area for years. No! No! No! how dare you even think about it. Keep Jarrolds as a sports ground venue .
