GNLP2173 - Keep as community. Previous Jarrods Sports site Objection - to building up as Hellesdon needs community sports areas. Also there will be large volume extra traffic exiting on one road. HAZZARD!
We need council sports centres, not cycle lanes as we can't all ride bikes.

To much impact on Hospital, schools, G>P surgery. Extra cars mean extra fumes - increase pollution. Adverse effect on global warming.
Too many trees cut down - we need birds!
Another thought - police numbers are low, how are they going to manage CRIME!
FIRE - do we have enough firemen?
Hospitals, schools, police and GPs- already struggling without extra development
N.B plenty of grown site to develop.
