Representation Summary:

I object on the grounds of the need for green space in this part of Hellesdon, excessive increase on the local side road infrastructure in terms of traffic and the lost of ready made amenities to the local parish residents.

I find this proposal totally unacceptable for numerous reasons, one of the main reasons is the high volume of traffic it will cause on Prince Andrews Road and Heath Crescent leading out to Cromer road. With potentially 50-150 extra cars, vans and delivery lorries etc I can see both junctions to Cromer road backing up until they meet each other in the middle. Another main reason is this side of Hellesdon is crying out for green space and this is a ready made facility that would enhance what the Parish council already maintains, there are tennis courts and an international sized bowling green going to waste if this goes through. The road infrastructure in this area is already poor and overloaded, this development would only increase the problems local residents have now. Access to the site even with the house removed it totally inadequate.
