I oppose this development as adding approx. say 75 plus cars on the new development. Prince Andrews Road would be used as a rat run through to Brabazon Rd by both the residents and service vehicles due to the difficulty accessing Cromer Road via Heath Crescent. This road cannot take that amount of additional traffic and would make it dangerous for both children and the elderly population in that area.
