Set in an already established Conservation Area this proposed site will put further pressure on wildlife and the environment in general. The site is home to many species of birds, animals and reptiles including Slow Worms. There are mature trees that would need to be felled for any development. The roads hereabouts are very narrow and the roadside banks are continuously being eroded by traffic. There is no main drainage and poor internet speeds. A small wood sawing shed had previously stood here before being totally demolished many many years ago.
