Whilst I understand the need for additional housing, this is not suitable:
-Poor single track road with blind bends and large agricultural use
-No mains drainage
-Felling of mature trees. Conservation area
-Not suitable for large modern detached housing or that size and quantity of housing (5).
-Telecoms already at capacity and poor
-No previous housing/dwelling on site
