There is an assumption within the draft that there will be a significant need to use green field sites for future employment land - whilst this may in some cases be justified it should be kept to a minimum. Once land has been designated for employment applications for development of non employment land for employment purposes should be strictly resisted. The JCS designated land is still available and in the case of South Norfolk, significantly underutilised.
