Representation Summary:
We welcome the reference to Rackheath Hall and the need for open space to be provided in the land to the west of the A1270. This requirement should be included in the policy
Suggested Change:
Amend policy to state that land to the west of the A1270 should only be used for open space to conserve and where opportunities arise enhance the significance of the grade II listed Rackheath Hall and bridge.
